We are always available to answer your questions.
Will my prescriptions cost more at Drugbuddies Pharmacy Medicine Store?

No. If you do not have insurance or if your insurance does not cover a particular medication, we are always competitive in our pricing. Remember, it is important to look at your total out-of-pocket costs on all your family’s medications, not just one or two prescriptions. Some big-box pharmacies offer low prices on certain prescriptions, however, they may charge you significantly higher for others to subsidize their reduced costs. If you have insurance that has prescription coverage, your copay is the same at our pharmacy as it is at any chain.

Some insurance companies have incentivized this by reducing co-payments if they go to specific chain pharmacies and/or a mail-order pharmacy. Talk with your insurance provider if you believe your co-payments will be higher at Drugbuddies Pharmacy.

So save your time, energy, and gas money by coming to us first. We offer fair competitive pricing every day. When you bring in a new prescription, we can fill it usually in less than 15 minutes.

Do you accept insurance on compounded prescriptions?

Yes. We accept most major insurance plans for compound prescriptions. Our cash pricing on our compounds is competitive with other compound pharmacies. Call today for more information.

How do I transfer my prescriptions to Drugbuddies Pharmacy?

All it takes is a phone call or a few keystrokes on our website. We will need some of your vital information, your current pharmacy name, phone number & location, Rx number(s) for the pharmacy, and medication name(s). After that, we can do the rest!

If you would like to pick up your medication on the same day, we prefer you to call us instead of using our website so that there will not be any delay.

Do you really deliver my prescriptions at no charge?

Yes. Your home or office has to be in Atlanta or Metro Atlanta up to 40 miles. Someone should be there to sign for you or your family member’s prescription. Additional charges may apply if no one is there to sign for the medication at the time of first delivery.

What is the difference between a big box store with a pharmacy and your independently-owned pharmacy?

A big-box store has many streams of revenue, they sell groceries, appliances, sports gear, beach balls, with a pharmacy crammed in the back. At Drugbuddies Pharmacy, we offer only those professional services and products which directly relate to your health and well-being. This means our staff is trained to meet your medication and health needs. We will have the time to talk with you about your medications because we do not need to meet a certain prescription volume and revenue for shareholders.
